When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email, phone number and the travel details you share. We use this only to plan and arrange your journey.
How we use it
Your details go to your travel designer and, once you book, to the hotels, guides and transport providers needed to deliver your trip.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after two years. Booking records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us.
